H.R. 735 Rangel Rule Act of 2009

Last week Congressman John Carter introduced the H.R. 735 Rangel Rule Act of 2009. Under this bill, any U.S. citizen who owes back taxes can pay them and automatically waive all interest and penalties by writing “Rangel Rule” on their return.
